Week 4 - “Texture” Photo Challenge!

We shot some pictures at an old Sugar Mill. It had limestone walls (you could even see the shells embedded in it) and old iron wheels and presses that were very cool also. The stump made a great place to sit, but also was an added element with the roots crawling along the ground. For more entries go to I heart faces and check them out.

This is a picture of one of our daughters Shanda Jo. She was kind of in a day dream when I surprised her with the camera. She looked up and her you go....

I wanted a B&W, but I didn't want to loose those blue eyes.

Bailey loves to dig in the gopher mounds. She is super small, so we aren't sure what she would do if she actually caught one, but it is fun to watch her make the dirt fly when she thinks she is on their trail.
